The Community Housing Development Corporation’s (CHDC) Driving Clean Assistance Program (DCAP) is a California Air Resources Board-funded clean air vehicle incentive program to help low-income Californians, especially those in underserved, Tribal, and disadvantaged communities, access clean air vehicles.
