Building a Statewide Coalition for Inclusive Outreach
DCAP understands that a comprehensive outreach approach is needed to ensure communities that have been excluded from participating in incentive programs in the past have prioritized access to DCAP Incentives. By partnering with locally trusted community-based organizations across California, DCAP partners will engage and support community members in accessing DCAP’s incentives, especially those with the highest needs and burdens. We are also building a “coalition of coalitions” that collectively covers the full state of California. This includes groups such as: NeighborWorks America, Inclusiv, GRID’s ACCess Network, CVEC (Clean Vehicle Empowerment Collaborative), and regional social service agencies.
Organizations supporting outreach efforts will be compensated for their participation.
